This one seems very hard to do because I am for the most part an open book. Not that I don't have my secrets I do but now the big question is Hmmm, which ones to share?!
#1. I am a grow woman who is an adult thumb sucker. Been sucking my thumb for 33 years.
#2. I started using drugs/alcohol at age 13, my coach/teacher was the one who 1st gave it to me.

Owning a ‘handbag dog’ and pampering it.
Wearing backpacks on public transit.
Not holding a door open for others.
Hanging a toilet paper roll back to front.
Mowing the lawn at 7am.
Scraping cutlery together or on the plate when eating.
Dressing up pets thinking it’s cute...its not cute, it’s animal cruelty.
People that do not flush the toliet in public.
Having to talk to customer service people over the phone.
The noise of a plastic candy wrapper or crinkling a plastic water bottle.
The expression that "Nobody can hurt you unless you let them."

Day 6: What Band or Musician is most important to you?
Sarah Smith is one of my most favorite artists. She sings solo as well as in a band called THE JOYS. They are Canadian!
Her voice just melts my heart and she has a beautiful smile. She always takes time out for her fans and followers. I had a chance to meet her and sit down for a talk before I even knew she was a musician. Her personality just shines through and I am happy to have met her.

#5- Hohenzollern Castle, Germany

http://beautifulhandful.weebly.com/One day when I was in group therapy I was sharing that I was sadden that I am such a handful to people and I feel bad about that, as a person with DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) I tend to need a lot of time. Our therapist goes on to say to me: “You know Valynn, you are a handful but what a beautiful handful you are!” My heart felt so good because she validated my feelings and at the same time gave me a compliment that turned into my new nickname. She is an awesome and beautiful spirit herself. Thanks girl!
